Dry brushing is a natural skin care practice that has been around for eons, but is one of those “best kept secrets” that once you try it and see and feel its benefits , you wonder why more people aren’t talking about it.
Dry brushing allows you to care for the “largest organ” of the body without any chemicals. With constant exposure to chemicals in the environment, through the foods we eat, and almost all we come in contact with, looking for healthy alternatives in our life is a must.
