31 Day Skin Care Re- Boot Challenge – Day 2
Let’s be honest we don’t take the time for ourselves the way we should. Usually something has to “give” and more times than not its things we know we need to do for our own self-care.
With the lazy days of summer upon us, we can kick back and relax more, it’s the perfect time to make some minor “tweaks” in our routine to reap major payoffs!

Exfoliation is an important part of healthy, youthful skin. If you’re looking to keep it chemical-free and seriously cost-effective, try any of these scrubs you can make with ingredients from your kitchen!
Rose Almond Face Scrub
To brighten and smooth skin
1 tsp. Rosewater
12 tsp almond flour or finely ground almonds
Mix into a paste and apply.
This triple action scrub smooths, tones and hydrates
1 Tbsp. ground oatmeal (don’t use instant )
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. yogurt
Combine and apply. This scrub can do double duty as a mask, let it sit for a few minutes prior to scrubbing and rinsing.
